UWE and the Hub’n’Spoke Model

The diagram above shows how COTS fit in to the UWE Hub’n’Spoke model. Of course Hub’n’Spoke is only part of the model, where other parts of the unicyle correspond to other parts of the organisation. For instance, the executive is the saddle, administration is the saddle post and forks, and the pedals are provided by student fees and HEFCE grants. I hope this simple explanation has made the new organisational structure much clearer for all of us.
